Description

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies for the business.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and maintain robust internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage year-end audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and performance.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance within the leisure, travel & tourism industry.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Proven ability to develop and manage financial strategies effectively.
• Experience in leading finance teams and delivering complex financial projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £81,000 to £99,000 per annum.
