Description

• Design and implement a robust internal controls framework
• Production of management accounts for multiple entities.
• Prepare financial statements for management and external stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
• Oversee the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Business partner to non-finance stakeholders to support commercial decision making and advisory services
• Proactive participation in transformation

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong technical finance and systems experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in defining financial controls
• Able to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Able to partner stakeholders at all levels and influence when necessary
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Offer

The Financial Controller role comes with a base salary of circa £100,000, plus discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave, pension, life assurance, medical insurance and hybrid working
