The Role

As Financial Controller, you'll report directly to the Finance Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function across the EMEA region. From reporting and forecasting to compliance and systems optimisation, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to deliver financial excellence in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge & Skills

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA or equivalent)

• Strong UK tax and accounting expertise; international exposure (EMEA, US, APAC) beneficial

• Confident in financial systems and Microsoft Office

• Skilled in multi-entity, group accounting and financial planning

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong commercial mindset and integrity

Experience

• Proven track record in a Financial Controller role, ideally in professional services or project-based industries (AEC experience a plus)

• Demonstrated leadership within a high-performing finance team

• Comfortable working with multi-currency operations and regional tax matters

• Payroll experience or exposure is a bonus
