We're hiring a Financial Controller to lead the operational finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a high-impact role with end-to-end ownership: from delivering clear, actionable reporting to driving real commercial outcomes across both head office and store teams.

What you'll own:

• Leadership of the operational finance team-mentoring, supporting, and raising the bar

• Delivery of timely, accurate management accounts, board reporting, and cashflow analysis

• Development of robust control frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives

• Payroll ownership across HQ and stores with insightful cost tracking

• Year-end audit management and statutory reporting

• Business partnering with senior leadership to drive commercial performance

• Budgeting, reforecasting, margin tracking, and working capital management

• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

What you'll bring:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a retail-led environment

• Excellent technical accounting skills and a commercial mindset
