£75,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus & benefits

West London offices - hybrid 3 days pw / 2 remote

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis) in GBP and EUR.
• Manage month-end close and group financial consolidation, including cost control and promotional spend.
• Oversee year-end accounts, statutory filings, and external audits in compliance with UK GAAP.
• Supervise accounts payable/receivable, credit control, and intercompany transactions.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts, approve forex and payments.
• Strengthen internal controls and maintain finance systems (Xero).
• Ensure VAT filings compliance with HMRC and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate payroll processing with external providers.
• Support operational finance activities, including demand planning and inventory management.
• Lead and develop the finance team and manage external service providers.
• Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Skills

• Financial control or senior accounting background
• Chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Skilled with finance systems
• Business-focused, strong communicator, adaptable
• FMCG / Hospitality Background Advantageous
