Financial Controller

Henderson Scott are working with an East Sussex business to find their next Financial Controller. As Financial Controller you will work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to grow the business. In the role you will take ownership of the finance department ensuring robust controls, team management and development, ensuring accurate financial reporting and data that can support strategic decision making whilst ensuring processes and systems are fit for purpose.
