Henderson Scott are working with an business based close to Haywards Heath to find their next Financial Controller. As the business looks to sophisticate its finance function as Financial Controller you will work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to grow the business and develop as finance function that will allow scalability. The Financial Controller will ensure finance has robust controls, reports financial data accurately and ontime, manages the team and provides financial insight
This role is an onsite role. Successful applicants will have held a similar role ideally in retail or manufacturing and want to make a positive impact on the strategy of the business.
