Description

• Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Supervise and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
