Financial Controller

If you are looking to work for a dynamic and fast passed business as a Financial Controller this role will provide not only the opportunity to do this but also the space to develop and improve systems and processes.

Reporting into the Head of Finance you will manage a small team and be an integral part of the finance function, overseeing financial operations, maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring all Group reporting deadlines are met.

Your core role will include:

• Driving continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices
• Responsibility for all management accounting to Group and Division
• Cash flow reporting, continually review and update cashflow forecast
• Provision of financial analysis
• Management of the finance team
• Year end preparation and review

This role is based in Bishop's Stortford.

Salary range is £75-80K with Pension, Bonus and 25 days holiday. There is also hybrid working.
