Job Description - Financial Controller

Senior Finance Role - Financial Controller – Chorley, Lancashire
Join a dynamic Software Solutions company as a Financial Controller, supporting strategic growth and financial excellence.
Location Chorley, Lancashire commute from Preston, Blackburn, Lancaster, Darwen
Salary 60-70k plus excellent benefits & hybrid working

Core responsibilities for this Financial Controller role:

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Oversee audits and statutory accounts
Drive financial performance and business insights
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Administer and optimise NetSuite ERP

Core skills & experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred, ACCA/CIMA accepted)
5+ years in senior finance roles
Strong technical accounting and leadership skills
Experience with NetSuite ERP and Excel
Private Equity exposure desirable
