Financial Controller

Ruby Group are looking for a Financial Controller to join a fast-growing PE backed technology company. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production of management accounts, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and insightful financial analysis.
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Mentor and develop a small finance team, while improving financial systems and processes.
• Support the Group Financial Controller with ad hoc projects.
• Drive process improvements to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
• Prepare statutory accounts under local reporting rules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Candidate Profile:

• Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA/CA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in producing a full set of monthly management accounts.
• Hybrid role: 2-3 days in the office.
