?? Role Overview As Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations while supporting the business with strategic planning and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and board packs
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversight of audit, statutory accounts, and compliance
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing finance team
• Driving financial controls, systems, and process improvements
• Business partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Supporting strategic projects including investment, M&A, and cost optimisation

• ACA-qualified accountant (preferably top 10 trained)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen
• Potentially experienced within an SME, manufacturing, or high-growth environment
