Financial Controller - Executive Search - 60-80K - Hybrid Working

A Global Executive Search Consultancy based in Central London are seeking a Financial Controller who will be solely managing the finance function. Reporting directly into a Director this is a great opportunity to help implement new processes and assist in opening new offices globally.

The Role - Financial Controller

• Lead and development of FP&A including budgeting and forecasting
• Support growth initiatives for international expansion into the US and Asia
• Implementation of financial frameworks to support expansion
• Support Commercial Pricing and financial feasibility in each region
• Management of full month end packs, presenting to senior leadership and the board
• Statuatory reporting
• Monitor cash flow reporting
• Partner with Senior Leadership to manage budgets and track performance against KPI's
• Assist in managing and developing a small finance team including outsourced partners

The Person - Financial Controller

• Part or Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA or ACA)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a SME would be very helpful
• Ability to and experience in implementing new processes and systems
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with non finance people is essential
