Financial Controller

Are you a qualified and experienced Financial Controller looking to take full ownership of the finance function within a high-performing SME?

An opportunity to join a privately owned, market-leading business in a pivotal finance leadership role. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to modernise, refine, and elevate the finance function bringing systems, controls, and financial insight in line with the standards this successful and growing business both expects and deserves.

You'll lead and mentor a small, motivated finance team who are themselves keen to continue their development so we're looking for someone who enjoys a hands-on role with a genuine commitment to people development and succession planning.
