Description

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial planning for the organisation.
• Provide guidance on cost control and profitability improvements within the business.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial laws and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A solid background in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
