Financial Controller

This privately owned company is experiencing strong growth and is looking for a hands-on, confident Financial Controller to own reporting, cashflow and forecasting, while supporting on wider commercial projects.

Ideal for a first- or second-time FC, this role is varied, visible and designed for someone ready to make a step up.

• End-to-end responsibility for month-end, management reporting and consolidation

• Building cash flow forecasts, working capital plans and ad hoc financial analysis

• Preparing board reports and business performance commentary

• Supporting the MD on business planning, budgeting, and strategic insight

• Developing and improving financial controls, policies and procedures

• Playing a lead role in future system upgrades and automation

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified

• Industry experience in manufacturing

• Exposure to multi-entity finance and group-level reporting

• Strong grip of cashflow and forecasting

• Ambitious, curious and driven - keen to develop into a broader strategic role
