The Company

We are currently working in partnership with a market-leading, Private Equity backed technology firm renowned for its expertise in this high-growth sector. With an ambitious strategy for expansion, the company is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, they are now seeking an exceptional and entrepreneurial high-calibre Financial Controller to help lead the business through its next phase of transformative growth and value creation.

The Role
This is a hands-on role that requires a confident, experienced, qualified Financial Controller with a proven background working for a growing SME technology business. You will oversee financial reporting, take ownership of the month-end close, review of management accounts, and ensure accurate and timely consolidations. Cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and the production of statutory accounts will all fall within your team's remit, alongside ensuring robust financial controls are in place. You will also support the senior management team with ongoing commercial initiatives and ad-hoc projects linked to the group's continued development.

The Person
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with strong technical accounting experience with expertise in leading teams and operating within a fast-paced, evolving businesses. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality output to tight deadlines. This will be a really exciting challenge for an experienced Financial Controller who would thrive in a fast pace PE backed environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll either have worked in PE or be looking for the opportunity to join a PE backed business and contribute to the continued success of this rapidly advancing group.
