Financial Controller

An exciting opportunity has been introduced for an ambitious Financial Controller to join a well-established and dynamic business based in central Brighton.

This role is well-suited to a commercially minded qualified finance professional who has built a broad foundation of experience across financial control, management reporting, and business partnering, and is now looking to take the next step in their career.

Working closely with senior leadership and reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in ensuring robust financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and partnering with operational teams to drive performance and inform decision-making. Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to process improvement projects and contribute to shaping best practice across the finance function.

You'll also have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills, with responsibility for mentoring members of the wider finance team, while receiving guidance and exposure that will accelerate your own progression.
