Description

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring effective financial planning and resource allocation.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors when required.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Support the leadership team with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
