Financial Controller

My Client are a High-End luxury hospitality company, who are looking for a new Financial Controller to head up their finance team and be an integral part of the senior leadership team in the company.

Based in South West London they are looking for someone who will be able to:

• Manage and control the finance department operations, including payroll.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors and bankers to ensure compliance and optimise financial operations.
• Manage daily bank reconciliations and financial transactions.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and year-end accounts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and process payroll, pension calculations, and other employee-related financial matters.

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
• A Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or Equivalent)
• Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
