• Are you qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent?
• Do you have solid post-qualification work experience, preferably from the investment management or financial services sector?
• Well-rounded finance accounting skills covering hands-on involvement with financial control, the yearly audit, tax compliance, core month-end processes, statutory and management accounts production, etc?

Financial Controller

Global award-winning Private Equity Investment Management firm is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in trading activity. Our client, based in their London office, is after an additional person to join the Finance team as a Financial Controller.

Financial Controller

• Management of 2 direct reports.
• Oversight of month-end close of the UK and overseas group entities.
• Financial regulatory reporting – review, submission, co-ordination and regulatory capital forecasts.
• Preparation of statutory accounts and management of year-end audit of entities.
• Oversight of revenue recognition and business partnering with project teams and BP&A team.
• Oversight of accounts receivables
• Support the implementation and optimisation of revenue-related systems and controls
• Support strategic projects and other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
