What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Overseeing financial reporting and compliance to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Leading and developing a skilled finance team to support operational requirements
Managing US GAAP reporting and liaising with internal and external auditors
Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory and internal standards across all financial matters
Driving process improvements to optimise accounting workflows
Supporting strategic decision-making through the provision of insightful financial analysis
