Financial Controller - Hybrid working

Are you looking for a new permanent Financial Controller ? An established business are seeking a new FC to work on multiple subsidiaries for the business. The is is a hugely exciting time to be joining this organisation

Working closely with the team, the role will include

• Take full responsibility for managing and overseeing the finance function across the business ensure high standards of financial governance, control, and compliance
• Lead the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and subsequent P&L calls with the budget holders
• Full responsibility for all bank related activities
• Lead the annual budget process across all Business Units to ensure accurate and robust budget are prepared with supporting documentation
• Ensure full compliance across all areas of tax including VAT, Corporation Tax , payroll taxes

• Producing the year end financial statements
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and delivery

Key to success

This position would suit a hands on FC with staff management experience and looking for a varied finance role. An excellent communicator from junior finance staff to senior stateholders.
