Financial Controller - Manufacturing

Are you a Financial Controller or Finance Manager who thrives on partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive real business performance?

We're representing a dynamic manufacturing and warehousing business based in West Sussex, looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to join their leadership team.

This is not your typical back-office finance role. You'll have the autonomy and mandate to shape and elevate the business analysis function, providing critical insights that influence strategic decisions and capture the attention of investors and shareholders.

Of course, strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills are a must but where you'll truly shine is in your ability to build relationships, influence at all levels, and lead with confidence.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Proven experience in financial reporting and commercial analysis
• A passion for partnering across the business to drive performance
• Background in inventory-led industries (e.g. manufacturing, warehousing, FMCG) is highly desirable
