Description

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead a team within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting systems and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience within the Accounting & Finance field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team within a professional setting.
