Financial Controller - Music

An exciting and innovative Music/Tech business are seeking a Financial Controller on a temp - perm basis.

The Financial Controller will take ownership of accounting operations and group consolidation across numerous legal entities in Europe, the UK, and the USA, each using different local accounting systems. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financials - including the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow used in board and bank reporting.

The successful candidate will handle AP, AR and consolidation alongside complex areas like deferred revenue, payment success, intercompany, royalties, acquisitions, loans, and goodwill adjustments. You'll help ensure financial hygiene and compliance across the group, and support cost control and transparency initiatives.

Your need to bring…..

• 7-10+ years of experience in accounting roles, including multi-entity consolidation and month-end ownership
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and/or relevant local GAAPs
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems, currencies, and country-specific processes
