Your new role
The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring a robust control environment. Reporting into the Financial Control Transformation Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Improve the efficiency and sustainability of the control environment
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across finance
• Identify opportunities to drive improvement
• Support with design and implementation of controls
• Support for identification of risks associated with change delivery

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will hold a full finance qualification. You will have recent experience working with financial controls and good knowledge of the insurance industry.
