Job Description - Financial Crime - Associate

About the Role
Looking to fast-track your career in financial crime and investigations? We are seeking a talented Associate Solicitor to join a dynamic team handling high-profile, complex cases. This is your chance to work on challenging matters, advising clients under investigation by the SFO, FCA, HMRC, and NCA, while gaining exposure to senior-level work from day one.

What You’ll Do

Support senior lawyers on complex financial crime investigations
Advise clients on offences such as fraud, money laundering, bribery, corruption, and insider trading
Assist on high-profile, sensitive cases with strategic input
Contribute to client relationships and the growth of the practice
Develop technical expertise and progress towards leadership responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Qualified solicitor, NQ – 5 years’ PQE in financial crime or regulatory investigations
Experience with SFO, FCA, NCA, or HMRC investigations
Solid understanding of the Proceeds of Crime Act, Bribery Act, and related regulations
Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills
Confident communicator, capable of handling sensitive matters with discretion
Eagerness to grow, learn, and take on increasing responsibility
