Financial Director

Due to company growth, we are seeking dynamic, energetic applicants for the role of Financial Director at Hughes and Salvidge. The role will be key in the day to day running of the company as well as shaping its long-term development.

The successful candidate will be someone who can provide the experience required for such a role and are also keen to grow with the business. They will work closely with the Managing Director and the shareholders to ensure the company delivers a sustainable level of profitability and cashflow and will manage many key relationships outside the business.

Experience in leading a Finance department is essential, preferably within the Construction industry or similar, as we are keen to find someone who can lead by example, challenge where appropriate and drive the business forward.
