Financial Lines Development Consultant

Are you a Financial Lines expert with a flair for developing new business and building strong relationships? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist broking team as a Financial Lines Development Consultant. The role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon and offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

You’ll provide technical and commercial sales support on Financial and Professional (FinPro) Insurance products. These include Cyber, Directors and Officers, and Professional Indemnity cover.

You’ll support a nationwide network of advisers. Your role will involve identifying coverage gaps, creating tailored sales plans, and coaching to embed best practice. You’ll proactively manage new business pipelines. You'll also influence sales activity, support customer calls, and help drive growth in the SME market.

Working closely with insurers, you’ll negotiate terms and attend meetings to ensure the best advice and outcomes for clients. This role requires strong influencing, relationship management and negotiation skills. A background in insurance broking or underwriting is essential.

In return, you’ll receive a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience. There is a performance-based bonus of up to 17.5%, a generous pension contribution of up to 20%, and a full suite of employee benefits.
