Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and inspire a UK based team of 30+ handling global financial transactions..

· Oversee high-volume cash flow, receivables, and customer payment systems.

· Ensure the provision of robust financial controls, compliance, and reporting.

· Drive transformation, efficiency and innovation across processes.

· Manage strategic projects and key third-party relationships.

· Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Profile

· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong SSC type background specialising in receivables.

· Proven leadership of large teams in a high volume transactional accounting environment.

· Experience in high-volume B2C operations, ideally within multi channel operations.

· Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and decision-making skills.

· Expertise in change management, business transformation, and risk control.

· Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
