We’re looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Financial Planner to join our growing team at Radiant Financial Planning. You’ll deliver high‑quality financial advice, support clients in achieving their goals, and build long-term, profitable relationships.
This is a hybrid role, and we’re ideally looking for someone based in Barnstaple, with regular travel required.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identify, engage and onboard suitable clients through networking and relationship building.
Provide proactive, ongoing financial planning advice tailored to clients’ changing circumstances.
Work closely with paraplanners and support staff to ensure client instructions are completed efficiently.
Develop new opportunities with existing clients to optimise their portfolios.
Collaborate with the Financial Education Team where required.
Build and maintain relationships with professional introducers.
Liaise with external professionals involved in clients’ financial affairs.
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through qualifications, CPD and training.
Experience within a fee-based financial planning environment.
Excellent understanding of the full financial planning process.
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent industry experience. FCA-recognised qualifications.
Skills & Personal Attributes
Honesty, integrity and client-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong technical knowledge of current legislation, industry standards and products.
Organised, methodical and proactive approach to work.
Dynamic, enthusiastic and committed to personal development.
