An established and award-winning financial planning firm is looking for a Financial Planner to join their growing team, covering clients across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. The Role
You will work as part of a close-knit team, advising clients on their financial planning needs across pensions, investments, and protection. A dedicated Business Development function books qualified prospect meetings directly into your diary, so you can focus on building trusted client relationships and delivering the right advice.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Holding clear, jargon-free financial planning conversations with clients
Advising on clients' goals, needs and priorities across pensions, investments and protection
Working collaboratively within a team to deliver joined-up client service
Building and converting pipeline opportunities introduced by the Business Development Team
Supporting existing clients while contributing to responsible business growth
Continuing your professional development with the support of experienced colleagues
About You
CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum requirement)
CAS status
Around 1–2 years' experience in an advisory role
Commercially driven and comfortable with both client servicing and new business development
Communicates clearly and confidently, keeping conversations personal and jargon-free
Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel to offices and client homes
Ambitious, coachable and open to feedback
Takes pride in doing things properly and delivering excellent client outcomes

Salary of £50,000–£60,000 per annum
