I am currently recruiting for a boutique wealth planning firm based in Hertford who I have placed staff into. My client provides a full suite of advice covering Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts and some Protections to clients HNW retirees, families and City professionals across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and some based in London.

My client are seeking a Junior Financial Planner/Adviser on an employed basis, but self-employed will be considered to work on a 1-2-1 basis with an established adviser to manage their current book of clients in the region and also an anticipated influx over the coming months. You will be conducting annual reviews, initial meetings with prospective clients and looking to build upon the influx of business that is coming into their so you must have your level 4 diploma and have been advising for 6 - 12 months or have been a client facing paraplanner and looking to transition into becoming an adviser. You ideally be looking to work towards your chartered status, but this is not essential. The Director will look to offer between £50k - £60k, possibly up to £65k for the right person with an attractive benefits package and bonus structure.
