Financial Planner Vacancies, Kent, Negotiable up to £150k + Bonuses - Office Based

A well-established Chartered independent wealth planning firm in Kent, with a strong reputation and a client base spanning Kent, Sussex, and London, is seeking two new Financial Planners. The firm provides comprehensive, whole-of-market financial advice to HNW clients, including retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners. With approximately £500m in assets under management (AUM) and managing the affairs of around 2000 clients, they offer expert advice in areas such as pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, cashflow modelling, and more.

This award-winning firm has built a strong presence in the local community, with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction and long-lasting client relationships, some spanning over 20 years. The firm has a well-established support team of pooled administrators and paraplanners across two offices, who are encouraged to grow professionally through CPD and ongoing industry exams.

The Managing Director is now creating two brand-new roles for Financial Planners who will take on existing clients from advisers approaching retirement. However, they are also seeking individuals who are passionate about generating new business and attending networking events, conferences, and other industry events to help expand the business further. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in an independent wealth planning firm, preferably Chartered or working towards Chartered status, and who is motivated to build relationships across Kent and beyond.
