Job Description - Financial Planning Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a independent financial planning practice in the recruit of an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic and client-focused team based in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to support the wider Financial planning team in delivering outstanding service to clients while benefiting from hybrid working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
  • Manage and process new business applications, client reviews, and ongoing servicing tasks.
  • Liaise with product providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems.
  • Prepare and check documentation for client meetings including valuations and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
  • Mentor junior administrators and assist with workflow coordination.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in financial planning or wealth management administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, and protection.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Benefits
Competitive salary circa £32,000 - £37,000
Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office)
