Financial Planning Administrator

Salary: £26,000 to £29,000
Location: Ayrshire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client provides Financial Advice to a diverse group of people, supporting them reach their financial goals with Investments, Pensions, Tax planning, and Protection among other services.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to Advisers and the Practice Manager.
  • Handle client and third-party queries with excellent communication.
  • Prepare and manage compliance documentation, research, and supporting files.
  • Ensure completion of client identification and application forms.
  • Process applications and record management information accurately.
  • Liaise with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to complete cases.
  • Manage Advisors’ diaries and client appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client information and records, ensuring review system placement.
  • Project a professional image and provide timely, quality support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office support role, ideally in financial services or a related sector.
  • Confidence and professionalism interacting with clients in person, or over the phone.
  • Examples of working in a regulated environment like banking, financial services, insurance, legal services, property etc.
  • Experience with client management / CRM systems such as Intelligent Office, HubSpot, or Salesforce etc.
