Job Description - Financial Planning Administrator

Meraki Talent is partnered with a leading Investment Management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Client Service Executive. This is a 12month fixed term appointment, based in Newcastle and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

The purpose of the Client Service Executive is to be the main point of contact for client enquiries and work directly with the Financial Planning team to deliver excellent service.

Duties

End-to-end management of client life cycle processes
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and support the investment teams with documents such as financial questionnaires.

Suitable candidates must have:

Experience working in a financial services environment for example client services or investment operations
Excellent communication skills
The ability to manage one's own workload
An ambitious and growth mindset
