An established and respected financial services business is looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to support its team of advisers and deliver a first-class experience to clients.

You will provide essential administrative support across the client journey, helping advisers operate efficiently while ensuring regulatory and service standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of client accounts and financial planning activities. Duties will include:
Maintaining and updating client information across internal systems. Producing meeting packs, reports, and supporting documentation for advisers. Processing client requests and assisting with ongoing servicing requirements. Managing correspondence and responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Supporting regulatory and compliance processes through accurate record keeping. Liaising with providers, clients, and colleagues to facilitate efficient case progression. Assisting advisers with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience supporting financial advisers, wealth managers, pension specialists, or investment professionals. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and adaptable approach to work. Confidence using CRM systems, back-office platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. The ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
