Financial Planning administrator - Manchester

Fram are working with an Chartered wealth management firm with offices across the UK. Due to growth and movement within the team, they are seeking an IFA administrator to join one of their offices in Manchester.

Our client is looking for someone with IFA admin and platform experience who is happy to work with a Paraplanner and support a couple of advisors. The role is office based but will move to hybrid 2 days at home once you are up and running and comfortable with systems and processes.

The salary range is dependent on experience and qualification level. For the right candidate, our client will support RO qualifications to become DipFa qualified.

Responsibilities will include:

• Carry out all administration duties to fully support Financial Planners.
• Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis.
• Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
• Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches and follow through to completion working closely with the Paraplanner.
• Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties.
• Book in annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner’s diary.
• Make up and maintain compliant files.
• To comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role of Administrator.

An ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within an advice environment. Be highly organised & methodical, with excellent attention to detail. Have excellent communication, numerical and IT skills. Knowledge of intelligent office as a system and platforms would be ideal but not essential
