What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end administration and maintain accurate client records
• Assist with new business processing and compliance procedures
• Support advisers with pension transfers, benefit crystallisation, and client reviews
• Liaise with providers and maintain proactive communication with clients
• Uphold confidentiality and data integrity standards

What You’ll Bring

• Up to 2 years’ experience in financial planning or wealth management
• Solid understanding of pensions and investment products
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Xplan or Intelligent Office a plus
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently
