Financial Planning Analyst

Are you a part qualified Accountant with experience working in FP&A? Are you out of work at the minute and happy to work in a 12-month fixed term contract, or maybe you are just looking for a change? We are looking for an ACCA, CIMA or AAT part qualified finance professional to come in and work with our senior Analysts to ensure accurate allocation of costs within monthly management accounts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will collate KPI information to present to the board as well as producing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasting.

Salary: £40k base salary + great benefits

Location: Peterborough – 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home HYBRID arrangement

What you will bring to the table:

You are a part qualified CIMA, ACCA or AAT professional (full is fine) and are keen to gain full qualification. You will have previous experience working as part of a busy commercial finance team, preferably with a focus on FP&A. Any experience in a professional service would be great. You will be using systems such as Business Central, Jet and or Power Apps, therefore any experience of these would be advantageous. Experience working with more senior individuals to assist with the calculation of accruals, prepayments and depreciation. You will be an analytical individual who can embark on analysis that will be used to show insight in the performance of the business.
