The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting directly to the established Head of FP&A and with a dotted line to the Group CFO, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights and support to drive business performance. This position also offers high exposure to the Private Equity board and investment team, providing a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions.
· Support the Head of FP&A in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
· Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
· Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
· Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
· Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and analyses.
· Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau) to present financial insights effectively.
The Requirements:
· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
· Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or similar role in a high-growth business.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Based in London or West Sussex with the flexibility to work from both locations.
