Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Glasgow City Centre with hybrid working
£60,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits

We're seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our client in the service sector. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation by providing strategic guidance and in-depth analysis to support informed decision-making.

What You'll Do:
Oversee the entire FP&A process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Conduct insightful financial analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
Prepare clear and concise reports that communicate complex financial information to senior management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay abreast of current financial trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Who You Are:
A fully qualified accountant – ACCA, CIMA and ICAS with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial FP&A role.
Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
