Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - £84,576 - London/Hybrid

Healthcare membership organisation and trade union is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their Finance team.

The role is hybrid working 2-3 days at their Central London offices.

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the finance business partnering function which supports the achievement of the Group’s aims and objectives through the provision of reliable data, financial modelling and insights. They will be responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of effective budgeting and forecasting processes and analysis across the Group.

The ideal Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

• Recognised CCAB qualification and have worked in the commercial and not for profit sector with significant experience in accounting roles including previous Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of implementing and utilising financial analysis tools and business models. Including the need to regularly review and refine approaches and methodology to adapt to changing internal and external priorities and contexts.
• Able to demonstrate a customer focussed approach, have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructively at a senior level.
• A self-motivator, with proven experience of leading transformational change, developing and empowering individuals to realise their potential.
