About the Role

As a Financial Planning Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners throughout the client journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing comprehensive meeting packs and documentation.
• Processing new business applications and liaising with providers.
• Ensuring seamless client experiences through meticulous administrative support.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of tailored financial plans.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Background in financial planning or wealth management firms.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of the financial advice process and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• Qualifications: Progress toward Level 4 Diploma is advantageous but not mandatory.
