within Financial Services.We are looking for a dynamic, resilient and ambitious candidate who wants to drive their own performance, and earnings based on your own hard work. The Key Duties of the Financial Services Assistant
To always provide excellent service to both internal staff, external clients and product providers
To assist with front of house duties including answering the door, answering telephones, meeting and greeting clients/visitors and maintaining meeting rooms
To assist with the preparation of client review meetings which may include arranging meetings with the Financial Adviser, preparation of the client's valuation and review meeting pack.
To assist with issuing recommendation reports to clients which may include preparing illustrations and any paperwork required.
To liaise with product providers to ensure that any transactions are completed accurately and in a timely fashion in line with compliance guidelines and company procedures as and when required by the admin team.
To assist with monitoring pipeline business ensuring the admin team are regularly updated on progress, this may also include ensuring clients and Financial Advisers are also updated.
To consult with clients, their professional advisers (where necessary) and product providers to obtain or provide any relevant information and to assist in resolving queries.
The Key Skills and Experience required of the Financial Services Assistant
Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administration Role is required
Proficient IT skills, basic spread sheet and database knowledge
Good planning and effective organisational skills
Honesty and integrity
Methodological approach to work
