Financial Planning Manager

Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Planning Manager for a private equity backed business that is experiencing an exciting and continued period of growth, based in London.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week.

This is a newly created role due to recent acquisition and subsequent expansion of the business and is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focussed individual looking to take ownership of budgets and P&L for their entity.

Reporting in to a qualified Head of Commercial Finance, responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis of performance.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, planning, management and delivery of the annual budgeting and reforecast process, ensuring integrity of the P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow, providing a business partnering service to internal stakeholders to highlight any opportunities for optimisation, ensure controls and processes are robust, production of the monthly board report and the maintenance of monthly financial model and full Involvement in adhoc business projects by providing commercial and analytical support.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Be able to demonstrate commercial experience of working in an FP&A function
• Have proven financial analytical and presentation skills
• Have excellent commercial and written communication skills
• Have advanced Excel skills
