£50,000 - £75,000 DOE

Outsource UK is working with a well-renowned retail Banking organisation who are looking to recruit a number of Financial Promotions Lead to join their organisation, on a permanent contract. Duties of the Financial Promotions Lead:
Ensure you deliver clear, accurate and, succinct guidance on matters of financial promotions across my client’s customer and colleague communications.
Be responsible for providing specific elements of the regulatory affairs service with guidance from senior colleagues.
Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their

needs/issues/concerns

and, reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.

Requirements of the Financial Promotions Lead position:

Prior experience working in either Financial Services or Banking industry.
Work independently and provides guidance and training to others while interpreting and applying comprehensive knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in areas of expertise.
Provide technical guidance when required on analysing data from multiple sources to draw appropriate conclusions and make suitable recommendations.
Possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
