A hands-on, varied finance role covering management accounts, consolidations, balance sheets and KPI analysis across 40+ sites.
Unique exposure to international reporting, with the chance to present financial figures to German HQ and support year-end/group audits.
Enjoy the balance of being mostly office-based for collaboration, with 1 day per week of home working.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining fixed assets in SAP (depreciation, disposals, write-offs)
Producing monthly management accounts and consolidating P&L for over 40 sites
Analysing KPIs and variances, liaising with site managers to track and improve financial performance
Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
Preparing financial statistics and assisting with year-end and group reporting for auditors
Presenting financials to the German head office
What you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role, such as Financial Reporting Accountant / Financial Accountant / Management Accountant / Group Accountant
To be qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or QBE with relevant experience
To be process-driven, with excellent attention to detail and resilience, able to question, challenge and push back constructively when needed
SAP cloud experience (or the ability to quickly adapt to it)
Experience in a high-growth, multi-site environment
